Always a hard-working student, Tenè chose teaching as a way to "give back" and support the youth in her community. Through her passion for reading, she sought to inspire and influence countless middle school students as their literacy teacher--in every school where she taught! Tenè began her journey as an educator on the southside of Chicago. Currently, as a Training & Design Manager at Adler University and founder of A.R.T. Development Consortium, LLC., a real estate investment company, Tenè believes that her purpose on Earth is to serve and support and has been blessed to demonstrate this throughout her career. Whether it be actively working with students, teachers and/or adult learners across multiple platforms, places, and spaces, Tenè is a dedicated Servant-Leader, expressed in every aspect of her professional and personal life.
