Kevin Boehm feels like the Chicago Cubs have taken 5-7 years off his life. He has been known to sing at karaoke bars with great passion and volume. He eats sushi constantly but has never gotten mercury poisoning. He was once attacked by a bobcat, but fought admirably, and lived to tell the tale. He usually does not eat sweets, but has an unhealthy addiction to Haribo Gummi Bears. He attended the University of Illinois with Dave Eggers, but left to pursue the world of restaurants, and has opened 20 establishments over two decades. Kevin can usually be found walking around his 13 Chicago restaurants telling colorful anecdotes and tall tales.
